We believe your operational data, client information, and business metrics should remain exclusively in your control, not harvested for corporate profit.
Every Xenia solution, without exception, adheres to these principles:
For hotels, restaurants, and hospitality venues: Guest profiles, reservations, folios, staff data, and revenue metrics remain entirely on your local systems. We never access or analyze your booking patterns, occupancy rates, or guest preferences.
For spas, gyms, clinics, and wellness centers: Client health records, appointment schedules, treatment histories, and personal information are stored locally with encryption. We never collect or analyze sensitive health data, session patterns, or client demographics.
For any business using Xenia technology: Financial records, employee data, operational metrics, and business intelligence remain under your complete control. We never harvest business insights, performance data, or competitive intelligence.
When activating any Xenia solution, we verify the license key against our activation server. This process transmits only the license key and basic hardware identifier (for hardware-bound licensing). No operational data, client information, or business metrics are transmitted—regardless of which Xenia solution you're using.
Optional software updates require internet access to download new versions. Update checks transmit only your current version number and license status. You can disable automatic update checks and manually download updates from our website for any Xenia product.
If you contact our support team for any Xenia solution, any information you share is used solely to resolve your issue. We never request access to your live databases. Any diagnostic information is provided voluntarily by you and deleted after issue resolution.
Since your data never leaves your machine in any Xenia solution, you have complete control:
Xenia solutions do not integrate with or depend on third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Optional integrations (e.g., payment processors, booking channels, medical devices) are configured by you and operate under their respective privacy policies. When you choose to integrate third-party services, data transmission occurs directly between your system and that service—we never act as an intermediary or collect data from these integrations.
